Paul Whittle is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and construction dispute resolution specialist with 30 years in the construction industry and over 10 years specialising in construction dispute resolution.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
In addition to acting as a RICS Construction Adjudicator, RICS Accredited Mediator, Civil Mediation Council (CMC) Accredited Mediator and RICS Accredited Expert Witness, Paul has been appointed to lead dispute management teams on major heavy civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
These appointments include flood defence schemes, highways and transportation infrastructure, and the New United States Embassy, London.
Paul’s experience spans SME contractor disputes, one-off projects and major infrastructure schemes, ensuring advice is always grounded, commercial and proportionate.
